1.11b7 is an indev build of the Aether II mod, with changes covering the month of October 2017. Changes include further introduction of new log types, Orbis being added, texture changes, among other changes.

Additions[edit | edit source]

  • Taegore Hide armor implemented, has Leather-tier defense
  • Greatwood and Wisproot logs implemented, they do not naturally generate and can only be obtained via creative mode or inv-editors, Golden Oak also renamed to Amberoot
    • Also implemented planks and decorative blocks for said new log types
  • Simple base implemented for Orbis, has add some functionality added and loads of bug fixes
    • Buckets and leaves/multitype blocks now interact with Orbis powers, such as for placing lava, etc
    • Void blocks now work with blueprints in Orbis

Changes[edit | edit source]

  • Cloudwool item removed, is now a block but still drops from Kirrids
  • Moas now only be saddled with Moa Saddles, said saddles have a max stacksize of 1
  • Skyroot Leaves now have new textures as well as new matching textures for the new log types
  • Skyroot Log Walls can be crafted into two Skyroot Planks
  • Decorative variants can now be reverted to their original types in the crafting bench and Icestone Bricks can be reverted to 1 Icestone piece
  • Taegore and Burrukai attribute tweaks, and leather/hide is now a gauranteed drop and Burrukai have been buffed with attack damage and health
  • Orbis core-code majorly reorgaized in preparation for it's API use
  • Wildcards in priming phase disabled
  • Blueprints not saving correctly after world reload fixed
  • Fixed a bug with the ModDim2D and GuiAdvanced classes
  • Off-hand blocks now act as the source for Replace
  • Orbis' onRightClickShape() moved to client handler instead of shape selector
  • Selections now clear with Orbis if a player logs out or changes dimensions
  • Orbis now can change reach with +/- keys
  • Itemstack with Orbis now sets in hand when right-clicking and pressing copy on selected regions
  • Pressing the Delete key while selecting something with Orbis will now delect said region and can also delete block types if said block is held in hand
  • Can now press Escape key to deselect or cancel region in Select power
  • Blueprint rendering performance boosts
  • Orbis now uses one local folder in root MC folder
  • Blueprints of any size can now be created

  • Fixed being able to place blueprints in fill/delete/replace modes
  • Orbis saved regions turning black after logging back in fixed
  • Orbis default shape datacontainer with void fixed
  • Orbis selecting double regions fixed
  • Orbis having blueprint regions add twice fixed
  • Orbis not matching colors of selected region to match power fixed
  • Fixed bug where Orbis would set tile entities for blueprints on generation
  • Orbis name removed from packets for cleanup purposes
  • Select tool now works for all shapes
  • Fixed NBTFunnel setIntMap() saving keys as objects
  • Fixed NBTHelper not returning null for reading objects with no tag and fixed a crash with NBT tags that did not write "_null"
