An Arctic Peaks island
Arctic Peaks are a snowy mountainous biome with Packed Ice coasts.
Generation[ | ]
Arctic Peaks are much higher in max-height than other biomes, and can commonly feature lower hills or high-altitude mountains. Bodies of water are always frozen on the surface in this biome, with the bottom water blocks frozen as well.
Arctic Peaks may generate as a megacoast variant. Besides snow, the three kind of trees are the dark blue and blue Skyroot and Greatroot. Storm Aerclouds are exclusive to the Arctic Peaks biome.
