Carrion Sprouts are passive mobs found in the Aether.
Spawning[ | ]
Carrion Sprouts spawn on Aether Grass with a light level of at least nine, and usually far apart in groups of one but may uncommonly spawn in groups of two close together. Carrion Sprouts can vary slightly in size but it may be hard to notice unless two are found close together.
Behavior[ | ]
Carrion Sprouts are completely motionless and cannot defend themselves, given that they are passive mobs.
Trivia[ | ]
- The second mob that is "rooted" into a spot, first being Aechor Plant and third being the removed Slider Host Mimic (although the last one can unroot itself)
- Carrion Sprouts used to emit particles before 1.10b10 and used to spawn in groups, grew in size over time and came in various colors.
