An application

Hi, glad to talk with you, and I think you may the only admin on this wiki. So only one application! I come from China, there is also an aether mod in Chinese version. So I also want to create this wiki in Chinese version. Do you agree with me? I highly recommend reading the translation guidelines first. To quickly summarize its content, it basically requires three things:

1. Translated pages need to be saved as follows: <untranslated pagename>/languagecode, in your case this would be <untranslated pagename>/zh.
2. The page needs to be translated, preferably without using an online translator. Also, at the bottom of the page, add the following: [[Category:<languagecode> translation]], in your case [[Category:ZH translation]].
3. For a new subwiki to be started, you need to translate the main page and a handful of other content pages, so that the wiki isn't mainly red links. Also, there needs to be a person willing to be administrator on that wiki. Being head admin means you'll have to keep track of new edits, reverting vandalism, etc.

I'll try and fetch a known-verified bad/spammer/vandal/etc IP if I can find any soon. I'll probably just dig through any old wikis I helped out on and see which IPs I reverted for vandal-stuff and such, but off of the top of my head, not right now as the history doesn't go back far enough to show any recent vandal edits or such for testing.
